This marina was perfect! We rented a boat for a full day from here. They were very professional and friendly. They kindly explained the rules of boating on Lake George and inspected the boat for damage to ensure we wouldn’t be charged for anything unnecessary. They made sure we knew how to operate everything and sent us on our way. The boat worked perfectly until we had a fuel pump issue at the end of the day so we had to cut the day about 2 hours short. This was understandable as rental boats see a lot more volume than privately owned boats. The staff at Dockside arranged for a tow for us and one of the owners of the marina picked us up about 30 minutes away and drove us back to the marina to get our car. They even offered us a credit for another day on the boat since our time was cut short. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable and they were very organized.

I have been coming to Lake George since I was a young girl, and I have never experienced better customer service than I did at Dockside Landing Marina. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our group was comfortable boating, and had everything we needed for fun filled day on the water. I will absolutely be returning to coast along the beautiful lake of Lake George with this Marina!!! Thank you Scott for your stellar service, we will be back!

Everyone there has always been extremely polite, helpful, and accommodating. We've been using them for a taxi to the islands the past couple of years, and it's been great. A great place to rent a boat while on Lake George. Stephanie and the crew will get you setup quickly & safely then have you on the water for a great day. The boats are in good condition and very ready for all you need to do for a great adventure. Just don't forget the map!
