Amazing experience for the Christmas tree lot. The work was very helpful Carrie’s my tree for me to the register and to my truck. He even Carrie’s the 2 foot tree for me. The works are very knowledgeable and kind. Definitely going again next year.

Let me start by saying I rarely if ever leave a review on a place I’ve done business with. However I haven’t experienced anything like this in a long time. First off I’ve been coming here and getting my trees from them since as long as I can remember. I’d never met the owner Shawn before but met him tonight. It was the worst experience I’ve had at this establishment. I brought my wife and kids to pick our tree like we have done for years. Kids were excited. they picked the tree out and I paid for it like we usually do every year.. As the workers were putting the tree i paid for on my car I started taking pictures with the kids while we waited for them to finish. That’s when Shawn came out and we started to talk. I Let him know we had been coming to them for years and talked about the different locations they had been over the years so I “thought” we shared a moment. As we were wrapping up the conversation and his workers were finishing tying the tree down. I was pulled to the side and asked if I paid for my tree as if I was stealing the tree. It was very insulting and unprofessional to ask me that. If there were any doubts he should have asked the employees that had assisted me. I have to wonder if he treats everyone like that or if my ethnicity had anything to do with it. The only reason didn’t call him out is because my kids were there and didn’t want to ruin their Christmas spirit. Will NEVER go back there again. I’ve never felt so unappreciated for doing business at an establishment I had been doing business at for years. There was no thanks for coming back or anything like that. Only asked if had paid for the tree that was already on my car.

We had a phenomenal experience at this place. We were one of the first to arrive the day after thanksgiving and most of the trees were still wrapped up. Bobby helped us out and didn’t hesitate to unwrap any tree we wanted to see (and suggesting which ones he thought would be to our liking). Honestly it was first class service. When trimming the tree he cut off a small to allow us to smell how strong the pine was (soooo good). He strapped it to the car while training a younger employee and took great care not to scratch the car. The tree is the best we’ve ever had and we will be going here year after year.

No, Kimberly, we decided not to open today, all of the hay is wet, and there are too many puddles of water everywhere. We will reopen tomorrow afternoon (Tuesday, Oct 26th, at 1 pm.
Yes, we are, however, with lots of restrictions, such as temperature checking when customers come in, hand sanitizer applied, intense sanitization in between customers, social distancing, face masks required for everyone. Also, we are much smaller and with less activities.
Hi Miriam, I am the owner/wife of Shawn's Pumpkin Patch and Christmas Trees . We are not a farm (though we would love to be....) we are only a pumpkin patch and a retail Christmas tree lot . We are now close until next October. During October usually we are open from 9 am to 8 pm. During Christmas tree business, we are open from 9 am to 9 pm.

Yes, We do offer delivery service. The starting price is $ 40 for a 3 mile radius for a regular size tree. Really tall trees that might require 3 or 4 people to carry, it will cost more.
Usually we start selling Christmas Trees the day after Thanksgiving. We might have a load come a day before Thanksgiving this year, but it's only a maybe....And when you say live trees you mean planted, in a pot? If the pot is not too heavy, I guess we could flock it...
