I've stayed here 2 other times and absolutely loved it. This time, everything was a terrible experience. Booking the room, getting the room to cool down and no host available for help. The bartender was awesome, trying to help and I am thankful for that. I would not recommend staying here until they are managed properly.

First time we have been locked out of a hotel before checking in. What business does this? The window blinds are broken & dirty. Only two hangers in the closet. Spider webs behind the window blinds. WiFi service is substandard. The raised tub is a fall hazard! We have stayed here several times when visiting family in DePere & are very disappointed in the run down condition of the hotel & the poor customer service. We won't be staying again after this trip.

According to my Friend. The best Rubin in town. And he's had allot of rubin's. My meat loaf was very good. I though the beef vegetable soup was not as hardy as I like though.The atmosphere was superb and so was the service. The prices were more then reasonable. Will be back soon.

Stayed for a Valentines Day weekend and we will NEVER come back! Was told we had the best room in the whole building (master king suite), but I have had much better! 1.) No one at the desk to request for ice… 2.) No tissues and no one to ask for a box… 3.) Almost ran out of toilet paper, thank goodness I brought one. 4.) one air conditioner/heat unit does not work 5.) toilet does not work properly… literally have to lift the lid and work the plunger inside to make it work!!! 6.) Adjoining room doors were not locked 7.) Toilet water shut off valve was closed when it should have been open in order for water to enter the toilet 8.) Whole hotel building smelled of weed upon entering 9.) Room was too dusty… dust was caked on the nightstands… literally had to clean the room before putting anything down We stayed at St Brendens before and wanted to try a “sister hotel” since we loved it there… we hate it here!! The manager/owner says: “The Ennis Inn has been created to provide you, our guest, with an Emerald Isle experience.” — YEAH RIGHT!! This has been the worst in Irish hospitality I have ever experienced!
