RIBS "Here's What People Are Talking About" Really? Maybe back in 2019 the first time I had them. Lets fast forward to yesterday 5/19/22. Again quoting the menu about the St. Louis Style Ribs "..drenched in spicy BBQ sauce" NO, their NOT. Brought two of my friends there with me to have what we all ordered, the St. Louis Styles Ribs based off my recommendation. Here's what we got served. Unseasoned ribs that were cooked in a pressure cooker that never seen the top of a BBQ pit OR the inside of an oven plated up and about 40% covered on the top only with what one of my friends asked the waiter/bar tender when we were finished "was that Open Pit BBQ Sauce?" In which he replied "Yes it is." and turned his back and walk away. He KNEW this was not what we came there for and what we were expecting to be served. I have no idea what the rest of the food on the menu is like and I/we will never know as none of us will ever set foot inside Pasquales again.
