1 star for friendliness/helpfulness of staff. 1 star for location as it’s pretty convenient off the highway and near a Kwik Trip. No more stars because this is a skeleton of a hotel. We understand COVID hit the industry hard, but we shouldn’t have a stain on our bedding, a noisy uncomfortable bed, a missing hairdryer, and noisy appliances. We chose this place after a special event at Lambeau Field and hotels were full. This one was booked solid as well, but we didn’t want to drive 2 hours home. We slept about 4 hours as the noise from the slamming hall doors, refrigerator, and air conditioner were constant. There was no sound from the nearby highway, but the internal noise was a nuisance. Aside from that, we had to turn the water all the way to hot to get a warm shower and the water pressure was weak. I don’t know about you, but all these things are what make a hotel stay comfortable to us. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless it’s your last resort.

Horrible service! Did not stay! BUT … have been trying to communicate with them since AUGUST 2021!! Called to put a block on hotel rooms for our wedding in October 2022 in DePere. Was told we could not do that because we needed to wait for the Packer schedule to be released, fine I get it. Same with other hotels. But. I mean still salty because this hotel is 1/2 hour away from lambeau field? Anywhoo. Called after packer schedule was released to put a block on some rooms now and create a code for my guests to book rooms, left message with front desk and manager was supposed to call back. Got absolutely nothing back in response. Called 2-3 other times about this as well. Nothing back. My fiancé and I both are not from the area so we will have all of our family coming in, in which means everyone will be staying. All I’m trying to do is get a response back! Either yes or no? Can we put blocks on rooms?! Extremely disappointed.

Got a room for me and my girls to relax swim have fun! Booked threw app and well no pool asked to get a refund on a night back owner was rude and simply said no no …. I feel like the beds are so high I have to jump to get on them holy cow! Won’t stay here again that’s for sure…

Avoid this hotel! Several families booked a couple weeks in advance to stay before a basketball tournament. We wanted a place with a pool so the kids could have some fun together the night before. Upon arrival we noticed that the pool was empty. The lady behind the desk claimed that it just happened that morning. When I asked why we weren't notified she didn't have an answer. I explained that we would need to cancel because we needed a place for the kids to hang out. She said we could not cancel. That is when the man walked in. He was so rude from the very beginning and said he would not let us cancel. We calmly walked outside to try and figure out if we could cancel online. Another parent walked in a few minutes later and tried to cancel and they guy yelled at him and said they were not allowed to have a pool because of Covid. I would not stay at this hotel if someone paid me! Stay clear they will be rude and end up charging you even more!
