We needed a place to stay for a wedding in town, so I booked 2 months early and got a great deal on a king bed whirlpool suite as a surprise for my wife. We showed up at 8:30 to check in and they said that they had overbooked that room so it wasn’t available that night so we were downgraded to just a king bed. I asked to be refunded the difference for the room and they said that since the price that day was higher than what I paid they couldn’t refund it. Super frustrating and definitely won’t be staying with them again any time soon. Other than the reservation issues, the room was clean and the hotel was fairly quiet.

Positive: Our room was very clean and nice and cool already for us!! Fairly comfy beds. A little firm for my taste, but my husband and daughter thought they were quite comfy. Staff was very friendly, and wasn't bugged about checking out even though we had 15 mins. Negative: No complaints

Great Service! My mom and I went to see a friend I went to High School with get married! The room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. The Indoor Water Park was awesome even though the spa was out of order.

We had a wonderful time! I brought my grandkids to swim for the afternoon. The water was very comfortably warm, the hot tub was wonderful, and the facility very neat and clean. They let you have inflatables, and even provide balls and basketballs for in the water. Well worth the money to spend an afternoon in the winter. We all had a wonderful time. Janet was the lady working in the pool area and was so helpful and friendly.
