I was in Sheboygan Wisconsin working a few years back and when I first arrived in tge Wisconsin area I stayed at this motel for a little over a month. The owner / Manager is a very nice person he is very helpful. The rates are decent and the rooms are okay for an older motel. I would definitely stay here again.

It's a good value. I read other reviews written by a few former guests and feel it necessary to refute the poor judgement they spilled regarding this establishment. I feel those who have posted poor comments fail to evaluate the price to value benefits offered. So I must populate reason adverse to any negative unfounded, misevaluated or unappreciated experiences posted to public eyes. If you want to stay in a hotel/resort which commands a 5 star review from a tier 4 service hotel, my suggestion is to reassess your expendable funds and check your balance, making sure your entitled/ overinflated ego is in check. If you command an executive salary, or are allotted a large corporate expense account which substantiates an establishment aimed toward luxury, it's probable your source is incompetent, or inanimate. It's that, or you're technically incompetent to the world at it's most basic level. I would encourage you to ask a human five and older for instructions. You'll get it handed to you in the kiester, however you will be more accurately sourced and prepared to navigate to an establishment more suitable to your requirements. Try Yelp! An application providing one with an exorbitant, overloaded site providing the reader with unfounded testamonials from unknown guests. Reviews likely to be eloquently constructed by former guests compensated by small incentives. Point being, it's fat in quantity and questionable in accuracy (simply a suggestion devoid of inflation). i.e., one example. Should you wish to be in a comfortable place, in a safe environment owned and operated by an administrator who cares about his property and customers, Lakeview Motel is an establishment appreciated by many! The preponderance of guests here at Lakeview Motel identify the economic value this establishment offers. Lakeview Motel provides guests a comfortably equipped room at a rate you're not likely to find anywhere within reasonable distance. What's more, The public metropolitan transit system is conveniently accessable in the front of the property. I have personally adopted MMT as primary transportation around Two Rivers, in addition to Manitowoc. I've made it home for the time being and am happy with my neighbors, adequate furnishings, hot water, cable entertainment, climate control devices and peace of mind this establishment offers to me! To conclude a long winded and sarcastic review, I leave you to judge for yourself. (My information is based on experience in contrast with a miriad of other long and short stay establishments in the vacinity) If you contest my positive opinion regarding the Lakeview Motel, simply look at the neon sign out front. You won't find this Motel vacant often! An extensive wait list exists for reasons mentioned. Thank you Mr. Administrator/ owner! Your help, understanding and kindness is appreciated sir. We stayed here several years ago when we visited the area to fish. It's not fancy but it IS clean and the price is right. We've returned now for 4 years. It's always been quiet after dark and the view of the lake is perfect. The shower is hot, there are both a microwave and fridge in the room. The beds are very comfy and clean. The owner goes out of his way to be helpful and give good service. We'd much rather stay here than a more upscale and less "personal" place.
