They don't give you a tracking number, so you have no idea when it's shipped or when it's to arrive. First they say they don't ship on Thursdays or Fridays because they don't want packages ending up at a warehouse over the weekend. They tell me it will be shipped USPS but whe they do ship it they ship it by mail. It arrives hot and not refridgerated. The outer box is for shipping. The inner box is for the refridgerated food items which does not contain any cold packs to keep the food cold. The jars are warm with bulging lids. Has the food gone bad? Don't know. I'm not an expert. But I do know that these people have shipping and packing skills worse than Walmart.
