This company evangelizes their conservative religious beliefs in customer service interactions. I found this out when dealing with their poor ordering system (the website doesn't actually run your credit card, they do it manually afterward). I had several delivery failures where they didn't put my full address, and once sent me the wrong type of flour. Definitely do not recommend.

Today I picked up my first Azure order ! In Derriere La. Was much fun met some really nice people, got home unpacked my things It feel so good knowing I'm getting great Quality food for my family, thank you Azure !

First they say they don't ship on Thursdays or Fridays because they don't want packages ending up at a warehouse over the weekend. They tell me it will be shipped USPS but whe they do ship it they ship it by mail. It arrives hot and not refridgerated. The outer box is for shipping. The inner box is for the refridgerated food items which does not contain any cold packs to keep the food cold. The jars are warm with bulging lids. Has the food gone bad? Don't know. I'm not an expert. But I do know that these people have shipping and packing skills worse than Walmart.

I tried SO HARD to support Azure (as opposed to the behemoth in Seattle). I ordered about six or seven times over the last couple years. Because you have to pay for shipping, I ordered one large box. They were always out of one item, but posted an "expected arrival" date. So I would wait even though I ran out of a couple items in the cart. Each time the date arrives, the items suddenly goes "out of stock" without a date. So you'll put off an order for two months, and show up empty handed. Additionally they don't package their items very well. This resulted in 32 oz of maple syrup glazing $200 of merchandise and leaving my lobby a sticky mess. They gave me store credit for the syrup but everything had to be rinsed, repackaged, mopped, etc. it was a mess. It's so wonderful a company steps up and offers organic bulk, but in the end, I just don't think this place is worth your time. So sorry, I wish them luck.

Yes, I am a driver for Azure, and a customer. All orders are best through the website. Find a drop in your area that meets the minimum amount or have it sent via ups. Hope to hear from you soon!
There is free shipping if order is delivered with a drop for most points west of the Rockies. There is an 8.5% Shipping surcharge for points East of the Rockies. The standard minimum order for delivery to a drop is $550 although it may be higher for off route locations.
