Plot Twist
Terrible location. Apple sends you there to service your phone and then they tell you they only service T-Mobile phones. And can't replace phone battery even if you have a T-Mobile phone. They gaslighted me to think that my phone is not eligible for repair by Apple because I donβt have the original screen. I took my phone to the Apple store and they replaced it with no questions.

I came in earlier today for a technical issue on my device. I was already pressed for time and was worried that I might have to be there all day. Upon entering, I was greeted by Carlos R. I explained my issue and handed my device over to him. Carlos was very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and walked me through the process. Later on, we were joined by Gerone Jackson who added his input and expertise. My problem was resolved promptly and I was able to go about my day. Carlos and Gerone saved my day. Whoever it is at the company who decides on raises and promotions definitely needs to take a look at these two!
