We've stayed at this Motel several times and never had an issue until this last attempted stay in late April 2022. Prior to this, we found the rooms to be clean and staff to be friendly and accommodating. Most recently, we were given room 5 which has 2 adjacent rooms. The outer most room on the corner has clear evidence of bedbugs. I am a nurse with experience in bedbug infestations in residential settings. I did approach the manager about my concerns and he looked at the room with me. He appeared gracious and offered a refund. He gave me instructions on how to obtain the refund as we'd booked and paid for the rooms through Booking.com. I completely understand hotels have to battle these issues which is not my issue. My issue is that they are now refusing to refund the money without explanation or response. Very unethical and dishonest people. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere as I suspect they are trying to hide and cover up this problem. I've posted pictures of my findings on as proof of this issue.

Decent stay for the price. The room was clean and warm, bed was a little hard and the shower was very loud, but other than that, it wasn't bad at all. If needed, we'd stay again as the price is low.

Very clean room with nice air purifier. Stainless steel mini fridge and microwave in room @ no extra charge. Lengthy shower with plenty of hot water, extra towels, soap, and TP. Bed was firm with new memory foam mattress. Lady manager was very nice and welcoming.

The woman who runs the place was very kind and helpful. Hotel is next to a little market so it was incredibly convenient. We just needed a little room that had the essentials for a decent price and this place was perfect. Will stay again! And its a super short drive to Silverwood and only 20 minutes away from Triple Play :) Thanks for the stay!
