Was supposed to get a package on April 14th finally the delays ended and it was to arrive today. I sat on my porch doing some computer work this morning waiting for my package & at 12:15 I got a notification saying delivery attempt made & customer is unavailable! Fed ex driver never even attempted to deliver my package as I was sitting on my porch. Concerned with the honesty of the fed ex delivery drivers, seems extremely lazy on the drivers part & suspicious. Hopefully the driver hasn’t boosted my package!

I do not want to be mean but I will never visit this location again. The service is horrible. The clerk and the manager both need an attitude adjustment. They did not want to help me in any way. I guess it was because it was 10 minutes before closing time and they needed to go. IDK....Anyway not good in my eyes, but you know what they say about opinions, including mine....LOL (everybody has one....)

Spoke with the customer service center this morning and they stated that my directions for delivery were already in the computer. Was waiting for my driver all day and then was told that they attempted delivery however no delivery was attempted I've been home all day. They told me to wait outside for the driver and they would be delivering at 4:30 however no driver has appeared.
