My tankless water heater needed replacing. Rich came out within one day of my call. He had a technician out the next day to install a temporary one until he could find the one I wanted. The installation was excellent. The technician was great, very professional job. Great people. I have been using another company for 40 years. I was very disappointed in their response. I won't be using them anymore.
