Best HONEST company! We always try to go local because we love to support our local businesses. I’m so happy we went with CenCal for our new A/C unit. We were in a rough spot and needed a tech out for the emergency and they were the first company out of 5 that I called to get someone out! They had their on call tech come out and look everything over and we decided we needed a new unit. They gave us different financing options they gave us different unit options and they came out installed the unit 4 days later did the job in one day made sure I understood everything and had EXCELLENT customer service the entire time! Just 5 stars all around. They are still calling a week later and will do a maintenance check in winter just to make sure us, the customer, is satisfied with everything! Great company and great people!

Came home in the morning to a leaking AC unit in the garage. Looked for places on Yelp and they had great reviews. I called and they were able to schedule me the same day. JB came out and was super helpful, informative, and kind. Our problem appears to be fixed and we will definitely be using their services again. We even signed up for the biannual maintenance! Would recommend them to everyone!

My air conditioner started acting funny. I called around 2 p.m. and they were able to be here between 3-5 p.m. the same day. Ignacio was my technician. He was very polite, informative, and professional. He took his time to explain my options. I never felt any pressure with my choices. I will 100% use Cencal again!!
