Chili's is predictable if nothing else. Decent menu options at fair prices. The staff was friendly and attentive. The sweet corn on the cob was a bit cold and water logged, the only disappointment in our meal.

Server was new and not well trained. Didn't know beer on tap, didn't come back to check on us but once. Twice we had to find someone to go get our server. Food was good. So, after I wrote this I discovered our waitress walked out! She just left all her tables sitting there and told no one she quit. The manager NEVER CAME OVER! A guy who I think was a busboy came and told us and brought us our check. Then a waitress came over to see if we needed anything, told us what happen, and was visibly upset and frustrated about getting a whole section added to her of upset tables.

every time we order food. They forget to send us part of the order, especially the dessert. if it were only once nothing would happen but they have done the same thing to us 8 times. the last one was yesterday that they canceled our order without giving any explanation.after waiting over an hour for food. lousy customer service. Nobody answers or fixes the problem for you, it sucks. .

When I entered the restaurant, I was not greeted. We were unable to sit where we desired since she informed us that this side was closed. She crammed everyone into a small section. They must have forgotten about social distance. We had been seated for 15 to 20 minutes when we were asked what we would like to drink. The appetizers were chilly when they were served. Everything was terrible, from the service to the food! I'm never going back!
