Great hike with moderate difficulty! Soo much greenery to be appreciated here as well as some nice rock formations. I recommend shoes with grip as you are walking and climbing over rocks. I am unsure how long the trail is as I stopped a little after the mini waterfall. Overall a great place to check off your list of hikes!

A nice hike with a beautiful canyon. Wear shoes that grip well and be prepared to hop rocks across a shallow 1 foot deep stream. If you miss step you will have wet feet. The first part of the walk is easy but when you get to the short canyon you will have to climb up and down rocks. It is well worth it. The ice age trail also passes through here, so you can hike the trail if you don't want to hike the Glen.

It is a special place with great views and wonderful creek, stonewalls and trees everywhere. Make sure you have walking sticks when crossing over creek multiple times. Towards the end the climb to waterfall is over boulders and very demanding, be safe.

Beautiful natural area, lots of stream shoreline to walk along, waterfalls, huge fallen rocks, smaller layers of rock embedded in stone, and more! Worth visiting, probably spent about two hours exploring. P.S. Keep going past the sign about "designated trail ends" to reach the largest waterfall there.

No! The DNR now patrols state parks and they're ticketing without a warning first, FYI. I took my family and our 13 year old collie mix there for the first time ever and someone, instead of just telling us directly, called the DNR because we were walking our dog on the trail. Our dog was on a leash, we were picking up after her during the hike, she stayed on the trail, and everyone was petting her along the way. Warden McCormick and Warden Chernak came out and instead of a warning they gave us a $162 ticket. They said "every year several people get bit by dogs in this park", though on the main sign there's no picture saying no dogs but in tiny letters next to the statute numbers it says "no pets allowed" and there is only one 3" x 3" sign 1/8th of a mile in that was blocked by people on the way in. So a big f you to the fellow hiker(s) and a big sarcastic thanks for the warning and understanding to the wardens. If dogs are such a problem there then add more signage at the entrance!
No. Just a parking lot and a grassy area before the path. There are restrooms there. I would say if you want to grill just go to Devils Like. It's like 5 minutes to the south shore entrance
Tried to go there today, 10/21/20, all fenced off with orange snow fence, HUGE lighted sign stating no entrance, park closed!
It is a great hike for kids but there are water crossings so keens are best
If you park in the lot you can't miss the trail. Be prepared for ruff terrain and crossing the creek if you want to get to the end. Flooding took out a fair amount of the old trail and it has not been repaired yet.
A few hours. Bring shoes that can get wet. There are a few times past the trail end that you have to go across water to get to the waterfall
