The public spaces (hallways, lobbies, garbage shoots) could use a facelift, but the apartments themselves are open and relatively well-kept. It’s a bit outdated but when we moved in everything was freshly painted, cleaned, and we had new carpeting. The new management company is trying to turn things around.

I moved here on October 1st of last year and have been so happy with River’s Edge! I love how close it is to downtown Madison, without the inner city traffic! It’s also about a 2 minute walk away from Tenney Park & Lake Mendota! Not only is it located in the perfect spot, but the apartments themself are awesome. They keep the buildings/garages super clean. The fitness center & pools are an awesome plus as well. The staff was super kind & welcoming even before I met them in person! You can tell they really care about their residents and want to get to know them. I had so many questions before I moved in (since it was my first time signing a lease to an apartment) and they were always there to answer all of them & were super nice and helpful every time! 10/10 River’s Edge is awesome and so is their staff! <3

Well maintained dog park, need I say more? Feels like it’s own little town, and I love it. ALSO, they have dog treats at the office, any packages get delivered to the office so I never worry about that, and any maintenance issues get handled quickly. I love the office staff, they have always been so nice to me.

First, great personal in the office. Everybody that I talked with was very helpful and knowledgeable. Second, making a maintenance request is super easy on the app and they are prompt on resolving any issues. Finally, the property is kept clean and neat.
