I have to give BIG "KUDOS!" to Tires Plus, Madison Wi!! 🖤 I had a friend who worked there, & had my brakes & rotors done.. A month or so later, it was metal on metal....my brakes went to the floor! I spoke with the manager "Derek", & just asked if they could "meet me half way" as I had no paperwork etc... He had me bring my car in promptly. They replaced ALL the parts, & hooked my brakes up! I bought them lunch...it was the least I could do.. 😉🖤 Car repairs are a hassle, & can be incredibly frustrating.. "Thank You!!" so much for helping me!! I truly appreciate you!!! #TiresPlus 🖤

On a cross country RV trip with the family and realized the outer shell of our tires were cracked and shredding. Didn’t want to head out for a 6 hour drive on spotty tires so we called around and we cannot speak highly enough about the crew here at Tires Plus. When the jack they had couldn’t handle the rig and they couldn’t get any other nearby garage to take us (and they called everyone) - one of the guys drove over half an hour away to borrow one just to get us back on our journey. Huge thank you to Garin and Josh for their hard work, professionalism and sense of humor. They could’ve just passed on helping us out and we would have spent hours or days trying to get new tires to feel safe in our RV... but they cared and truly helped us out. Thanks guys for everything! If you need help give these guys a ring!

I asked to have all 4 tires removed and to pull all weights and old tape off. The lady at the front desk said that's what they do so I had them balance my tires when it was done I was told one of my tires was right on and they didn't pull or do anything on that one. The other 3 tires they didn't remove any of the old adhesive and put weights over top of them! NOT HAPPY! (PICTURE IS OF A TIRE THEY BALANCED! those weights will never stay on and looks like garbage!)
