Hank and his daughter run the best hardware store, truly. They’re helpful and knowledgeable. They care about everyone who walks in their door. They aren’t there just to get money - they help solve issues with insight and advice. At least that’s my experience. If you’re in Los Altos, you’ll not find another hardware store too close by - and you won’t want to, either.

Awesome selection. Awesome service. Prices a bit high but it's Los Altos and they are local. But not open on Sundays? Isn't that one of God's 10 commandments - hardware stores shall be open on all Sundays, every Sunday? They used to be open on Sundays before this Covid business and their remodel. Now I have to drive to Home Depot and deal with lackluster customer service - ugh! Henry, you have a great shop - why no Sundays?

They will recycle florescent tubes.
Hi we carry 2” pvc white and 2” electrical pvc in gray. We don’t specifically have it for vacuums. We also cut and sell this product by the foot if you need it. I hope this helps.
