Pegasus Farm Campground

We were slated to stay at this campground and I was truly looking forward to the quiet. The road going in is very narrow as they state. I have no idea how a class A would make it through though. We have a 4x4 camper van. The campground host greeted us as we arrived. However, when my husband asked the host about the bathrooms / showers we were simply told they were inoperable. Every campground I reserve with MUST have a bathhouse. It is advertised on their site. I chose it because of this. Apparently, they have been inoperable for awhile. We were not informed of that at any point prior nor did the host tell us that until my husband asked. With a young child in tow, we decided after driving hours to get there that we had to leave. Very disappointed because the site itself would have been nice I think.

My husband and I are first time RV owner, this was our first experience, and absolutely loved it. Mark was so helpful and welcomed us like family. Can't wait to go back

Was here for a private event. The land was clean and lovely and the bath house was the cleanest I've ever been in, I think! The hot water ran out by the time I got to shower, but I felt lucky to get a shower in the middle of a week in the woods! Beautiful views of the mountains around the property and I felt like we were in our own little oasis despite being close to town. Can't wait to get to come back for another event here!

We had a wonderful stay here at Pegasus and I have to say, this place is a gem! It is nestled in the most gorgeous countryside! Sites are huge, with full hook ups. The owners are wonderful people, so friendly and want to make your stay enjoyable. They put a lot of love into it all. There is a lot of land to explore, including a pond to fish and a maze. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Thank you, Mark!!
