Less than desirable customer service. The lady started off rude when inquiring about installation. I asked about an updated timeline and she instantly got defensive. I then explained my frustration as a consumer and she denies any of my concerns. We ended the conversation with me getting no useful information, and dissatisfied as a customer. I will be looking into other internet service options.

Will not do business with them ever again. I was understanding in the initial install that the tech did not have an adequate amount of wire so allowed him to place my modem directly next to the wall with the inability to move it and because I said yeah "whatever it takes" when Emerald sent a tech to do a "clean" install I was charged because of that request or empathy as I see it. Literally the bad connection I have been getting according to them is that I allowed the tech to place the modem so it couldn't be moved... and the issue is still unresolved, I can't game and the service provided barely handles zoom calls.

We switched from corporate internet to Emerald and not only is our bill way less expensive but the customer service and tech support is outstanding! Danielle and Holli in the office have answered all my questions with patience and even take the time to explain things I don't understand. The speeds are great and I can still use my fax machine!

Without sharing a novel I worked with them over several months to get connection to our home and ran conduit for them. I was very excited to hear they were coming to my area. After several calls and a no show they forgot about us. Then I called and they were already dropping service down our road and quoted us $4500 on top of the normal installation fees to run conduct down the rest of the way on the county road. They didn't realize there were more houses down further and stopped at what they thought was the end. After they figured it out I got really rude service and she tried telling me all my neighbors are serviced when clearly 4 of us would need it run down where it should of been ... long story long I am waiting on my starlink now!

Hello Annette. I would be happy to look into this issue for you. I have not gotten any phone calls regarding this issue today and there has not been any changes to the network that would have caused it. Which area is reporting the issues?
Sorry I didn't get a notification the first time you asked the question. So we offer free service for families who are on the free and reduced lunch program. Since Oakridge is currently offering free lunch to all students what we need for verification is the food stamp program verification letter.
