Best bike shop ever!!! Huge selection of the best bikes. Extremely knowledgeable staff and everyone is so friendly. Service department is reliable and always gets my bike(s) back to me on time as promised with all repairs completed. Bob, in the service department is the BEST!!! I know that the Bike store recently acquired by a new owner. Almost immediately I noticed a difference in how the store was operated and how their merchandise was presented on the show room floor. I have decided to stop coming to this location because of how poorly it was ran in the past and how inadequate their stock was for bike parts. A few days ago my father and I saw a homeless guy on the side of the road with a bicycle that had a flat tire. We pulled over and asked if he needed any help and he said that he needed a Inner tube for his bicycle. He also said that he needed to somehow get to Walmart to get a innertube. Living in Livermore I always try to support small business and My Buddy’s Bike Shop was the place to go. While we were looking for an inner tube the new owner Dave Stopped what he was doing and introduced himself then he asked us if we need any help. We explained our situation to him briefly about the man needing a inner tube, and his response was this. He walked over to the parts counter, pick out the inner tube that we needed, handed to us, and said there would be no charge today, and to pay it forward. This man has earned my business for life. I will be returning today to buy a few things for my own bicycle. I will refer everyone I know to this establishment and thank you for such a wonderful experience Dave. This business far exceeded my expectations. I also believe as a consumer that this business has integrity in all that it does and customer service that is next to none. If you are looking for a bike shop to go to. This is the place to go.

My road bike was skipping gears when I would climb so I figured the rear derailleur was out of adjustment but didn’t know if there were other issues. I stopped by the shop to make an appointment for an evaluation. They took the bike to quickly evaluate it. They adjusted the rear derailleur, oiled the chain and told me the chain had about 20% left on it. They didn’t charge me for this service and I will be back to have my chain replaced soon. I appreciate their service and integrity. Well done My Buddy’s Bike Shop!

I was looking for a bike for my daughter she just turn 3 . And I look all over in Modesto! Which ever body very low on stock! So i call here and very Friendly and they had a lot of bikes and I took ride up there ! To make a long story short best service ever they had to get out of the box so I pay for it !! That was Saturday they call me up in evening hey we got your bike ready !! And the next day was Sunday I can meet you somewhere around Pleasanton that is the best service I ever had !! It’s a kids bike it’s not a $1500 bike or 2000 they treated me really well !!These days very hard to get customer service to treat you good you can’t even find it anymore when you walk in a store they don’t even know how to say good morning anymore or greets you!!! I recommend you to come here!!! Thank you for your wonderful Service!!
