I came in on Tuesday the place was kind of empty But the lady at the front was very nice and welcoming. She said her name was Sam. She made my order quickly and accuratly which is not always the case at this popeyes thanks Sam your service was the highlight of my day !

This location is a disaster, the woman on the counter keeps screwing up peoples orders, the girls in the kitchen look overworked and confused, people have been waiting here for 45 mins for there order, they need some management and training here. They really are working hard but it’s a big confusion!

They need better management. Service is not consistent. It's fast food not slow food. I find myself going to Bay Plaza location more often than New Rochelle because the service is quicker . On the plus side though, I was able to get fresh chicken made because I only wanted spicy legs and thighs.

This Popeye's seemed to be very clean and well-managed. The food was good and the staff were polite. There is plenty of parking outside and it is a convenient place to go if you have to wait while your car is being serviced at the Nissan dealership which is like 50ft away. I would definitely go here again.
