Choosing Rincon Green as our new home has been the best decision my partner and I made. We moved from the East Coast during the pandemic and everything from submitting an application and signing a lease to moving in has been such an easy and relaxed experience. We really can't say enough good words about our experience with the building and the Rincon Green team who are truly helpful, caring and are always there to attend to your needs. Our apartment was spacious, had beautiful finishes and enough insulation that we wouldn't hear any external noises. Great gym facility and the rooftop. As we're moving to a different state, we'll miss living at Rincon Green dearly. Thank you James, Layla, Allison, Andrew and the rest of the Rincon Green team for making our experience so wonderful! The apartment is great in terms of location and management. To residents at Apartment 327: As a neighbor of Apartment 327, please refrain from jumping on the floor or knocking at wall even at late night. Not only me, but also some other neightbors or yours have reported the same problem. We've tried to notify you multiple times regarding to this but you never listen, please help maintain a quiet neighborhood and be considerate about others.

I've lived here for ~9 months. The apartment is no longer proud of its quietness because of loud dog barks day and night. Ironically, the apartment does not allow pets except those in special needs. Hope this problem will be resolved soon To be fair, all other aspects of RG are great, but noise like this would be a hard fail. You cannot even open the window or you would hear that dog. Edit: The dog owners should be considerate about others.

My experience here living with @fvcproductions in another review has been great! I've been here for 1.5 years about. The rent is moderately high but totally reasonable in that you have all the amenities you need in-unit and a nice modern look. The place has a gym, a rooftop shared area, a hot-tub (that's honestly usually empty), an outdoor grill, stove/washer/dryer/dishwasher in unit, etc etc. Convenient friendly and clean!
