My go to place for my make up needs! The store tends to get busy but the customer service reps are always willing to take the time help you with your needs.

This Sephora inside of JCPenney needs a lot of work with customer service. I’m not sure how this store is still open. Most of the sales reps are really nice and helpful but the managers are outrageously rude. I’ve often caught a Hispanic short supervisor being extremely rude to staff and taking down on them. These girls are not slaves. The woman before me at the register was making a return and she was speaking to her like she was incompetent I’ve been coming to this sephkra for along time now and Everytime I come in she just gets nastier and nastier. I had to ask for her name from the sweet girl that was helping me her name is Maria. Thank you Ashley for your help !
