Very easy to deal with but EXTREMELY cheap on what they offer you monetarily for your vehicle. EXTREMELY low-balled bid amount bordering on insulting. Ex: if you vehicle is worth approx $4000 you will be offered somewhere around $400 But ! They are very easy to deal with and pick up your car very quickly without any issues! (As I would at least hope for in such a disparity in the purchase price)
