I'm only giving 3 stars ONLY for the last tech Rudy who came out and fixed my dryer. It's been out for about a month now, and I have had 3 total techs come to my home and the first 2 never reported back to get the parts needed for the work. Customer service is a joke. I had two appointments and it was canceled rescheduled only after I called to ask why the tech hasent showers up and there was no updates either. Again this happened two times. The last tech last week said he was going to return with the parts and he would call me but a week went by and. Nothing. I was told sears was using third party vendors for repairs instead of just sending an actual sears tech as they did today to fix my problem!! A month of waiting for 40 minutes of work. Rudy was truly amazing. Super nice. I'm glad he was able to be efficient and got things done fast. I made sure to get his tech info as I'd rather have him come back for any future visits!!! Sears you really need to get your stuff together because it's simply unprofessional to have people purchase home coverage just for you to turn around and say you have no record of our purchase of the washer and dryer. You had no record of it being delivered to my home. You have no record of any of this!!! It's unbelievable and completely unprofessional. You really need to pay your workers more for having to deal with so many upset customers because you guys have horrible record retention programs with your company. Do better guys!!

It’s been over a year. Multiple service calls to do the same research for parts that are no longer available. A number of issues with this refrigerator. We have parts for one of the issues but Sears refuses to install because the first issue is not fixable. Instead of paying out the plan, they send another service tech to start the research efforts again. It’s the same cycle over and over again.

Absolute garbage service. 1st visit the repairman didnt fix a thing. 2nd visit he no shows and wasted my whole day. No call no show. Then lies and said he was here and nobody answered the door. I had to keep calling for updates not 1 courtesy call from anyone. Requesting a refund and taking my business to a company who knows how to treat people.
