We've worked with Cartelligent in Sausalito several times over the past 10 years or so. We've found it to be a great value each time. That said, I'd say our most recent experience was the best so far. Our requests were not simple. We were trading-in our most recent vehicle while also leasing a new vehicle. We turned our older car in to Sausalito but requested that the new vehicle be delivered to San Diego. Radi was super professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He found a great car in southern California and coordinated delivery of that vehicle to the Irvine office. Radi's colleague in Irvine offered to drive the car from Irvine to San Diego and he personally delivered the car directly to our home. The experience was great. Solid professionalism and communication throughout. We would never have been able to accomplish this on our own. A great value and we'd highly recommend the service to anyone.

I found Cartelligent through Drive Clean Bay Area when I was researching electric vehicles. Drive Clean Bay Area had an EV car show where I was able to talk to actual owners not salespeople selling an agenda. Once my decision was made it was a matter of picking a trim package and color. Zach was my rep at Cartelligent and he was informative, upfront and communicative. I gave him my parameters, he said it might take a few days or a week to find (afterall they search the entire state of California for your vehicle). His team found several options in a few days. When my car came all the paperwork was sent electronically for my review. An appointment was set up at the office in Walnut Creek, and I was in and out from signing paperwork in less than 10 minutes. A rep spent a half hour with me teaching about my car (it's a computer on wheels). Because I was buying a new hot car I was not expecting to pay less than MSRP, which is ok. I was more concerned about getting the trim, color, and not dealing with a car dealership hundreds of miles away once I found the car. Everyone that I spoke too, dealt with, interacted with was fantastic. I have been telling everyone about Cartelligent. Never again will I have to step foot in a car dealership.
