The DMV lady Hugyh was very rude. She was not nice and when I asked her questions at the end, she looked at me with upset face and responded sounding upset, like I was wasting her time. Then I read “Mad Cow” review from 10 months ago and it totally validated my experience - some workers here put on Funeral Face if you are Asian and say “yes sir” if you are white. There was a white guy before me and Huygh was very nice and patient, and when it was my turn, she treated me like I was wasting her time. #CompleteShock.

There's an ongoing scam in the DMV section of this location. If you try to buy an international driver license, they will make you buy passport photos from them. No matter what photos you bring to them they will not be accepted, even if those are exact same photos you've used for your passport or your tourist visa for numerous countries around the world. The guy will make up excuses like photo is too small, too old, face too big or too small, soft shadow, face not centered enough... they will pretend to consult each other. But the bottom line is they won't give you a IDL unless you buy passport photos from them. These same employees have been running the same scam for years. I remember them because I am a frequent traveler. Save yourself some trouble and go to another AAA location.

Great place to go and renew your registration for your car and get free maps.

Refused to make me an international DL because of a very soft shadow on my passport photo. When I pointed out that the SF Passport Agency had no problems using that photo for my actual passport, the guy started complaining that the photo must not be recent enough if I used it for my passport. (He had no idea when it was issued - he was just trying to power-trip me into buying new photos.) I'm sure no traffic cop will ever care that the background is ever so slightly off-white. The very friendly agent on Clement was happy to make the DL for me with the same photo.

I believe they do!
Seems likely. They can renew your stickers. I think the deal is AAA can do only car stuff where DMV can do car and driver stuff. Also but im not sure.
I think so
I don't think you can obtain records of communication between the policyholder and the company. Possibly I don't know. The claims department for AAA should be able to provide you with other types of information if you call them. But most communication should be between you and your insurance provider, they can supply you with the most information.
The valid dates are on plaque card.
Yes, they do.
