Took my Toro mower in that was sitting for a couple of years. They had a wait, but called me to bring it in when it was my turn in line. It was serviced within 24 hours and runs beautifully. Great service counter people too.Thank you!

They had a lot of mowers awaiting repair, but they put me on a wait list and actually called me before I thought they would. Dropped my mower off on Saturday and it was ready by Tuesday. Fast, excellent service and friendly staff! Definitely will return for all my lawnmower maintenance.

Thieves! Shady shady shady! If you want to be robbed on the servicing of your power equipment, use Smitty’s. Had my 30” Toro TimeMaster there for a belt replacement. “Magically” when I got the mower back, the drive stopped working. They charged me another $65 to check my mower to tell me it wasn’t their fault. As other reviewers state, your equipment sits outside in the elements. Also, terrible customer service. Talked down to/talked over several times. Final comment: Smitty’s is the Ray’s Corvette Village of mower repair shops (just Google it). Save your money and frustration and go somewhere else.
