Moderate hike on a well-kept trail, with several nice restroom buildings along the drive up. It's 1.5 miles uphill to a sweeping LA view.

Very cool hike, albeit a busy trail, but that tells you how nice of a trail it is. Best views of the coastline and islands if you go on a clear day, trail is nicely marked for knowing where to go. Would do it again sometime.

Friend and I went hiking on 12-8-21. Great scenery. Great views all around, the ocean and much more. Pacific Coast Highway to Sunset Bl to 1st light, turn on to Los Liones and there is plenty of Free Parking. Enjoy Your day!

I have been there several times and always see people with dogs. I have never seen the rule enforced
It's actually pretty good there's free parking in the lot and plenty of street parking👍
During the day only bells and deer I work in a house there and at night foxes are seen mountain lions coyotes racuns sariguellas
No, if you start up at paseo Miramar instead, you can go the rest of the way with a jogging stroller.
Yessss
Sorry I don't remember the hours, but Google says it opens at 8 am. Below has local contact you can check with.. https://trails.lacounty.gov/Trail/184/los-leones-trail
I didn't see bike racks to park them, however I did notice bikes on other trails I think. Also, I didn't walk up the parking lot, went through the side, so didn't get to see much of the lot or area. There are bathrooms, so there might be bike racks as well.
Yes it is open
I haven't been there late during the day but I did notice that they usually keep the gate closed. Maybe because it is in the middle of a residential area they do enforce the hours.
it's open 24/7 😊✌
If say a 2.5
Ordinarily yes. May have been affected by the Woolsey Fire. I don't know.
No, it's absolutely safe! I've walked it in the late morning and late afternoons, never saw any wild animals.... Probably too populated by hikers...
It depends on how adventurous you are actually. The primary path is pretty moderate but the are a few more difficult paths that offshoot from the main in several areas of the trail. Happy trails.
yes on part of the trail, I've seen bikes. I think the trail next to Los liones but connects with it. Look up "Paseo Miramar Trailhead".
at least light hours if not more
