Bought two brand new tires down the road, shop recommended to have these guys install them. Day after installation, left work to find the left one was completely flat. I don't have a spare, which means I had to have it towed down to a repair shop down the road (not a big deal, roadside insurance and all that), the repair shop was even kind enough to repair it free of charge. They said it was the valve stem had been damaged and at this point had failed, causing the tire to no longer hold air. This wasn't a big deal, I was willing to write it off as a one off unlucky event. The following day (read as 2 days after installation of BRAND NEW tires), on the interstate heading to escondido, right side goes completely flat while driving, coming completely off the bead. Again. Have to have it towed to the nearest tire shop, they diagnose and the tire is completely ruined from it going flat while at interstate speeds, so it's impossible to tell what the root cause was. At this point, the common denominator is the installation. Go to the shop today to talk with them about covering the cost of the new tire (exact match) that I had to purchase due to their installation being incorrect. I am met with smirks and lies (they say they didn't do valve stems because I have sensors on them, little do they know, I'm not an idiot and my tires are running without the sensors since they are still on my OEM Wheels). They say they will refund the labor but won't cover the Tire. Shoddy installation, they obviously don't back up their work, and will not take responsibility. My only real answer was "come back when the owner is here", they even refuse to give me the owners number to get this squared away ASAP.

Costco told me they needed 4 hours patch a screw in my tire. I called Los Reyes and they were open on a Sunday they told me to come on over and had me pull up right in front of where they were working on another car. They had my tire patch within 5 minutes and also pointed out that my front tires were going bald on the edge which I didn't realize. If I can't get a warranty where I bought my tires I'm coming back here to buy from them since they were so helpful and quick. Thank you guys I really appreciate it.

The worst customer service ever, went to rotate my tire, he said $30 and I said $20 he agreed on it but gave me attitude, he lifted the car on the air lift, I was checking to see if my catalytic converter is not on the way because it’s going to be expensive repair. He gave me attitude “ you don’t wanna do it” relax bro, I’m just checking if the fuel lines or cat is not on the way, I’m going to long drive tomorrow, I don’t wanna get stuck on the way, I asked him for a receipt he literally laughed at me and said cmon man you spend $20 dollars here you are creating problems. I literally have them 2 cars business for them, I changed 4 tires on my car with them and he treat me like this, if it’s because of the money i lowered it a little just say no only $30. I know I won’t go there anymore. Hopefully my car is not damaged underneath or else they are going to be in trouble.

They quoted me over the phone, $40 to mount all four of my brand new tires. When I went in, they moved the car for me and changed the tires while I sat in the shops comfy chairs. Very speedy and friendly service! I was in and out within 45min.
