Ok first off there call takers who answers The Phones in our supposed to transfer you to recruiters Is the first red flag there are very unprofessional always snappy or have a short attitude which means they don't want to be at work. Secondly you can never get a hold of a recruiter I'm just trying to figure out how Are you all supposed to assist people with job placements if you don't even return their phone calls are never in the office

I set up an appointment to talk to a recruiter on the phone. Everybody that's giving them one star just because they didn't answer the phone did something wrong and just wants to blame the company for it. I appreciate the opportunity given to me by aerotek.

This company is TRASH! I don’t recommend anyone work for them. They are liar’s and will take funds out for things that are not active (insurance) they are not professional at all. If you want a good team to work for DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE!

I was sent to Maximus in North KC through the professional services department, the managers and trainers weren't good at all, some whom were placed by Aerotek. They just throw anyone and everyone into positions even if they're not qualified it's ridiculous. You call to get help and no one gets back to you at all. They're just trying to make some quick money it feels like to me and they don't really care about their people as they say they do. If you're going to use a staffing agency Aerotek should not be considered at all! I had a very bad experience and feel sorry for those who had to go through what I did. The quality of people they sent to that job were awful and disrespectful and not qualified. I felt like I was training managers and other employees...do not use!
