The waitress was new and she did her best to keep up with everyone... my issue was her shift lead or manager gave me a complete distate for the entire place! I felt so bad for the new waitress because we all know it starts with the leader! That girl that was acting as leader during my visit was lazy, entitled, on her phone often and very unprofessional, quoting inaccurate menu information etc. I was beyond excited to share my love of grouchos with a brand new customer... however I usually go to the one in Lexington and this was the one I visited that day and was sorely disappointed with that specific girl, it definitely trickled down to the attitudes of the other employees as I could tell the guys making the food weren't happy to be there. They gave us wrong items, as well as didn't make some to the grouchos standards I'm used too. I'm not certain if I'd visit this one again with how bad of a taste I left with...

I had an amazing experience this afternoon at this cute little sandwich shop. My waitress was a wonderful blonde girl who made me laugh and knew the menu very well. After telling her it was my first time she recommended I try the STP sandwich and it was delicious! Did not disappoint, anyone passing by needs to stop and eat here. I unfortunately did not catch the nice girls name but she had a very bubbly personality and made my day. I will definitely be back. The entire staff worked well together and the man who I believe is the manger was very hands on and helped whenever was needed. A small town diamond! Very glad I saw the sign and stopped!
