Front desk are absolutely helpful wonderful people and the night auditor is an absolute Jewel. Housekeeping is hit and miss, one could imagine that they are not treated very well or underpaid for what you find inside. On the other hand when it comes to upkeep, maintenance, updating, the place is sadly on the edge of a dive. The owners seriously need to spend some money to understand the returns from investment. Walk in and look around the corners the dust bunnies and dirt the poor craftsmanship of the drywall finish and paint.

The experience was well worth the price to stay. The room was comfortable. The jacuzzi was spacious enough for two people. There was adequate amount of towels in the room. and, the portable fireplace is a cute touch.

Read the recent reviews and saw they were all bad so I'll leave my own. Ashlee at the front desk was awesome. My room is clean. If you expect something more than that from a budget friendly hotel, then go across the street and pay 25% more than you will here. Even then you're taking a risk. Or turn left and go to the hotel thats 25% cheaper and you will maybe learn that hotels are priced the way they are for a reason.

No rail in the shower. My husband fell. Hardly anything but sweet stuff for breakfast. Gluten free something would have been good. It was very clean and comfortable.
