The lady at the drive-thru was incredibly rude. It's not the first time she has acted like this, don't know why she's mad at the world but she needs to reel it in. Corporate should really step in if they care at all. Side note: let your employees know that people have car cameras now that pick up all the sound and video around vehicles.

I really want to like this Bojangles. Food is good, when they have it, and when the order is right. The manager is great. But the latest disappointment, wait behind one car in line since 9:51 pm, get to the box and wait about 1 minute, and then at 9:56 the staff advised they are closed. Closing is listed as 10pm. Maybe I'm just old-school, but this never happened when I was in the service industry.

Stopped in after driving 20 minutes to get here. Cashier was texting the whole time. They were waiting on biscuits and couldn't provide an a wait time. When I asked what would come with the only kids meal on the menu because they had no biscuits she shrugged and replied "I don't know" and went back to texting. What a shame.

Stopped here in town for an event…where do I start the biscuit was dry, Mac n cheese was dry, there was rice mixed in with my Mac n cheese, and the tenders as you can see are wayyyyyy over cooked which seems to be a problem here!! I wouldn’t spend my money at this bojangles again
