Great customer service! I called the store to make sure it was not USPS being used (I live in a PO Box area in AZ) and the guy who took the call was terrific and assured me it was UPS Ground. He was very friendly, helpful and thanked me for my business. The steaks arrived on time with a signed hand-written "thank you" and will be on the grill this weekend! As a Marine Veteran I love supporting other Veteran companies.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Hands down the best steak I have ever tasted; I've been to a ton of "fine dining" steakhouses and nothing comes close. Outstanding service, exceptional quality, and not to mention veteran owned and operated. My family goes nuts over the hot dogs and brats - the flavor is out of this world. Highly recommend!

We received our 'worlds best' hotdogs very quickly and they arrived still frozen. The packaging was excellent and my mouth was watering waiting for the first pack to defrost. I used my little barrel smoker with a handful of charcoal to cook them and they turned out unbelievable!!! I have read all the comments about not overcooking them and it was spot on. A huge shout-out and thanks to the team at KC Cattle Company for a fantastic product and THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE TO OUR COUNTRY, we will be customers for life.

We do not. Our cattle graze on open pasture grass all day, every day of their life, however they are fed a Missouri grown, non-GMO grain supplement daily and when finished.

We suggest cooking them similar to other brats other than making sure you don't cook past an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. We have boiled them in beer finishing them on a skillet or grill and also cooked them on a grill the entire cooking duration and both options turned out fantastic!

If it is arriving in California on a Thursday we would need to ship it out on a Monday by 2pm central time.
