This store I went to happy on my way to purchase literally a car that I’ve wanted since I was young that I had to purchase going through EBay and with that you have to purchase the eBay cards . I went in shopped and selected few other items went to check out told the cashier that I had to load a total of a $1000 onto these five cards even said do we have to split it up the transaction due to the amount I was told “no” she rang it up and since then I HAVE LOST THE CAR IT HAS BEEN SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE DUE TO THE fact that the employee was wrong it locked down everything I was a outta town customer that spent over a grand had a funeral the next day for my father I explained that I couldn’t return I needed my money on them eBay cards that day or refunded I’d lose the car and that I had to travel to Florida on Sunday and be back at work for Monday . Instead of the manager driving back to work from ten mins away they kept my money would not flex or bend to fix situation period after I kinda sat aside for THREE HOURS SO THEY COULD HELP OTHER CUSTOMERS AND GAVE THEM DIFFERENT OPTIONS TO FIX THIS ME MANAGIG RETAIL BEFORE . Instead they today is Sunday they still have my money NO ONE HAS APOLOGIZED NOT ONCE I TOOK ALL THE PROPER ATEPA IN CALLING CORPORATE AND EVERYTHING SO BECAUSE OF THESE PPL I LOST THE CAR AND THEY STILL HAVENT RETURNED MY MONEY AND HAVE INSULTED ME SECERAL TIMES IMPLYING FRAUD WHEN I HAVE SHOWN EVEN THOUGH WASNT THEIR BUSINESS WHERE MY MONEY CAME FROM AND EVERYTHING !!!! I do alottttttt of business with dollar general but after today my family and friends and anyone I speak to I promise won’t spend a buck with this corporation again. I am a very simple easy down to earth person whom was more than kind giving the situation and these ppl were rude and have yet to apologize for costing me the buy inconveniencing the hell outta me especially with my father just passing . Thanks dg! Great freaking job I pray everyone involved goes through something of this nature and I pray when u do you remember me.

I placed an online order on Sept 14th my scheduled pickup was between 6-7 p.m.. I called the store to confirm my pickup, and an associate said they haven't filled orders all day. His excuse was we only have 2 people working and they don't want to work. So he said my order would be ready on Sept 15th at 4. I checked my emails later that day and the store canceled my entire order.

Store is clean and organized. The shelves are packed with products. The employees and management are very friendly and respectful. It's one of those stores you go in for a couple of items but you walk out with so much more.

Terrible experience. Less than a week before Christmas and nothing was on sale. The few things that were supposed to be according to their signs wasn't including their lights because it isn't considered part of outdoors because they were labeled "indoor/outdoor" lights. Good keep them. I'll go somewhere else after Christmas and buy them!
