I have been patronizing this location for at least 4 years and have been totally impressed and satisfied with each visit (staff and service)...But upon my last visit it was totally opposite. Had to have my steering column replaced and a temp motor which required them to go behind the dash they CRACKED the dash during this repair and allowed me to pick it up without disclosing the incident i noticed it and returned the following morning and I was simply told they forgot to tell me and will order the part and repair it. (which should have already been done if it was in fact a mistake that i wasnt informed) I was now told would take a week but turned out to be over 2 weeks after me having to make numerous calls and left messages that were not returned. I understand things happen but not to be up front and tell me about the mishap is what bothers me the most....You forgot to tell me but remembered to give me the $2100 bill for my service!!!!! And offered no compensation said they would bear the cost of the part and labor to repair it as if me paying for the deceitful mistake was an option

I've never written a google review before this but I'm very upset. From 2003 to 20016 I puurchased 10 cars from this dealership becuse the service department was run by a great guy named Jeff Hathcock. When Jeff left the service department went downhill and I traded my cadillac in on Lincoln. Last Novemeber I decided to buy another Escalade my sales Guy Brian did a good job with the purchase. I was promised black out badging as part of the deal. The badging didnt come in until 2 weeks ago. I scheduled to have them put it on along with an oil change and a few minor electronic glitches. 2 days later they said my car was ready. When I went to pick it up the badges were not put on. My service manager was appoligetic and said he would call me and rescedule it asap . He never called. I left messages. He still didnt call so I went there and he wasnt there. I had to argu with another service manager to get an appointment. He assured me it would be finished the same day so I scheduled for 7:30 am. No one showed up until after 8am. My car has been there all day so I called and the phone rang for 10 minutes until someone picked up at 4:45. The person who answered said everyone had gone home including my service manager who left a 1pm. After buying 11 cars in less than 20 years. I think I have a right to expect more. When I get my car back I'm trading it in on something else. Its ashame because I like the Cadillac product but this dealership is terrible.

It started off well enough. Friendly, immediate assistance, and not forceful.. even let me have an extended test drive. The sales technique is where you see the true colors. They were trying to convince me that’s credit wasn’t good when I know it was. They use the finance reserves technique to the utmost. I bought the car, but left not feeling as happy as I should. Price on car was good but the lies and trickery with their finance manager is horrible. I would not recommend this dealership! I will refinance as quickly as possible, but they are not an honest group like I thought.

Take your car to your machanic , if you have insurance it may cover the cost. Ask them what repairs is needed and the cost.
You have to mask up and social distance oh yeah the 2017 Tahoe had to have 12 hundred dollars worth of work in a week mmmmm that's life.
