Kohl's has definitely gone down hill, the women's clothing all racks where a mess, nothing was put away by sizes, it's in a very small area. Clothing was not very good quality for the prices . Employees didn't appear to enjoy their job, asked a couple questions felt like I was bothering the employee, told them never mind.. Left the store. Won't be back to this location.

This is a great store, super big. The associates are super friendly and helpful. Had to make a return didn’t have my receipt or my Kohl’s card and they were super accommodating and didn’t even make a big issue out of it. I will definitely return just for the fact of how helpful they were.

I was helped today by the nicest young lady who went out of her way to find the dress I was looking for in my size. I wish there were more people that gave the wonderful customer service as she does. Thank you Heather, you made my day.
