All I can say is 14 months waiting for a dishwasher that I paid for up front. My friend ordered from Albert Lee 5 months after me and got it 4 months ago. I have to call and bug them to get any information, which has been wrong every single time. They blame Bosch. Don't make the same mistake.

Customer Service is horrible. They do not return any phone calls. The worst! Must call multiple times and hope you get a live person on the phone, and even then they take a message but never get back to you.

The show room is fine, but neither time I went in did anyone seem interested in selling me anything.The first time was during the week and I wasn't acknowledged at all until I went to find someone to ask pricing after walking around for several minutes. The second time, on a Saturday, at least the person at the desk by the door greeted us. Walked around and even played with the induction demo on our own. Left when nobody else acknowledged us or tried to see if we wanted to buy anything.

I bought a dishwasher in January. Salesman was very nice and knew his product. Installation is where I have my issues. Had my old dishwasher removed and the new one installed by their technicians. It was a very disheartening experience. The technicians told me the dishwasher was too wide and that I would need to cut my cabinets more for a better fit. In the process they anchors they used on the sides scratched the door on the new unit. I had the techs come back and they said there was nothing more they could do. Where they anchored it on one side now had a huge hole leading to the space under my sink. It is impossible to anchor. It is now March and nothing has been done to assist me and my dishwasher is now my two hands due to the inability for them to install it correctly. They have not replaced the door they scratched. See images. I would not recommend FDA for these reasons. Good Luck!
