Rediculios people's with Rediculios customer service. The lady with red hair is super nasty and rude.The he told us he is the owener!! The way he was talking I assumed this is the first time they own business. Running Business is talent. Not everyone can do it!!Don't recommend this place at all.

Ordered a cake for my sons birthday and received a call shortly after saying they didn't have the mint chip ice cream I requested and wanted to know what other flavor I'd like. I explained I don't want a different flavor, just cancel my order. I never picked up a cake but was still charged. I've tried to reach out to management but keep getting told manager isn't there. I've launched a complaint with my credit card company in hopes of getting back the money they took from me.

The ice cream was good, but the store is filthy. Smeared, dried, crusty ice cream all over the table, the counter by the register, and on the glass cases. It doesn't take a lot to periodically wipe down all the flat surfaces with a damp cloth with antiseptic on it. Also some wall molding torn off exposing bare wood beneath. The owner/manager needs to take an active part in the operation of this store and clean things up. I wanted to go elsewhere but we are traveling through the area and we're just across the lot at the laundromat so we really didn't know where to go as we are not familiar with the area.
