I was in this store less than 5 minutes and here comes loss prevention following me around. You work at Ross!! The nerve! I spend too much money at these stores for this type of stuff.

I have to say I love shopping at Ross store always have. but today was a whole other experience. I am a retail worker myself first of all. 1 if you not going to greet dont greet but rude looks really. 2 I was walking around and instead of saying excuse me or asking us nicely to move one of the lady's pushed her way throw and rudely told us to move. and rubbed up on my brand new white shoes 3 I asked if I was able to used samsung pay she rolled her eyes and rudely said no the lady ringing up my niece asked why she was alone and then the same lady rang up my mom instead of giving us the bag started demanding my niece get the full back and didn't even pull it off to hand her it. actually said hello you need to get your bag now I know everyone had bad days. but it's no reason to get no helpful customer service was never asked if we needed help

Products might be brand name but they appear to be of bad quality, old, defective, and break within days. I bought a pair of #levis shoes, and with in 2 weeks maybe less one of the souls was unglued and falling apart inside the shoe. I also bought sunglasses #tahari and within a couple of days one of the screws came off and lense is unstable. Ross' has a not so friendly return policy. According to one of the employees you can only return items if they've never been used, in new condition, with a receipt and their tags. It makes me wonder, ...Do they put items back on the shelves and sell it to their customers...? I don't shop at #ross too often and I was unaware of their policy. But employee made it sound as, buy our old items, save receipt, keep them in new condition, don't use them, and then you can return them within 30 days. ...Or until we find onother way to not refund your money lol!
