Came to get our vegetable seeds, ended up getting plants. This is a big win for me, and it was a great deal. Their selection of spices is wonderful. So many all natural resources for gardening. And I absolutely love walking into this place. I have been coming here for over 40 years, and will continue. Highly recommend a visit.

I brought my mother here to see all of the amazing heirloom seeds and bulk spices. She was in heaven and promised to be back. We had a good 45 minutes exploring the store and she was delighted the whole time. A business that's been around for near 100 years, I'll gladly support local!! They have bulk spices, heirloom seeds, teas and coffee beans, a full gardening section and so much more. Has the old wooden floorboards that creak as you shop. Such a lovely place. If you garden, cook, or drink tea or coffee, it is worth a visit!!

Definitely a favorite stop every time we travel to Kansas City. We drive from Minnesota to get our spices and certain seeds here. Love the authentic old fashioned ambiance, from the creaky wooden floors to the measuring scale, the seed drawers to the architecture. Excellent prices and selection.

Dropped in for the first time today and was really happy with the experience. I liked the seed selection (it's a little sparse-looking right now but I'm sure they get lots more by early Spring). I ended up picking up chamomile and spearmint to try growing when it gets a little warmer. There are lots of spices and seasoning mixes, and the tea/coffee corner was pretty cool (and smelled lovely to boot). The tea prices look very reasonable, and they sell in bulk, which is appealing. There's lots of garden/lawn supplies and some hardware goods, although the latter is on the pricier side. I found a decent selection of plant water saucers, which was great because I've had a hard time finding them anywhere else this time of year. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable and friendly, which left me impressed. They even offered me a small pamphlet about starting seeds to help me on my way, which was a pleasant surprise. I can't wait to come back when planting season gets closer to see what other things they have to offer.

Not sure.. I did not see anyone with dogs when I visited..
They have all sorts of fun blends of both tea and coffee. I haven't tried the tea yet but I love their Snicker doodle coffee beans so I'd imagine the tea is just as fun. :)

Might want to start by talking to them you are talking to customers if you want to ask them a question I would Google their phone number and call
You can buy seeds for Mums at any hardware, gardening or home improvement store. Mums are usually sold as "starter plants", they also are perennials. They're often treated as "annuals' by experienced Gardner's . If you choose to start from seed, you'll want to start them indoors in late summer/autumn into winter. During the growing process you would want to pinch the ends of the stems, they will push out into a healthier/bushy plant with more flowers. After the long incubation period from seed, you may take them outside to enjoy the plentiful amount of sun and moisture in the early summer period.
We don't have bottles but we have glass water balls or plant nanny watering spikes which poke down into the soil and then you can insert a wine or soda bottle into that(Google plant nanny for a much better visual description)
Not sure what exactly you're looking for, they have corn for bird and squirrel feeders, but not like 50 pound bags of cracked corn for horses or cattle. For that, you probably need to go to a farm supply store or a co-op.
