I went in to browse for a vacuum cleaner an I had a very knowledgeable gentleman who schooled me on what kind of vacuum I didn't need for my kind of family and carpets and I am glad he did cause I didn't know what I was looking for anyway I ended up getting a riccar that is just amazing and the best vacuum cleaner I have ever purchased I also got a good bundle deal for the two with a carpet cleaner along with the vacuum thanks darin for the best choice for a vacuum 😃😃😃😃

This place is really either totally hit or totally miss. I've had a great experience with the sewing part but the vacuum part, not so much...Took my mom and dad's (older) Orek vacuum to them on April 6th 2021. About two or three weeks ago, One of the gentlemen called me to tell me that it was taking longer than they had anticipated to get the motor. Then he quoted me for the motor and the service and the motor installation. When I dropped the vacuum off I was told that they recommended the service on the vacuum. I asked them for a combination deal and was told by the gentleman there that if I bought the motor and paid for the service they would do the install for free. I reminded the man of the price that I was quoted and he apologized and said okay. Two or three days ago I called to check on the vacuum again since I hadn't heard anything. The woman said that all of the men were out to lunch and that someone would call me back. Today when I was driving by I decided to stop since I had heard back from no one. After some bumbling around the gentleman finally found my order and informed me that the motor was on back order. When I asked him why nobody called me to tell me that nor did anyone return my call the other day, he replied "I don't know". At that point I asked for my vacuum back. I will take it to someone else even if it takes another 6 weeks! Tried to stay local but really wasn't worth it, unfortunately...

Actually we offer a program that we call reserve service. You call from home, or stop in, we take your information, and the machines info. That goes on a place holder, when your place holder comes up in line, we call you. You then have 7 days to bring the machine in, if you don't bring it in during that 7 days, we put your place holder to the back of the line, call, 7 days... if you don't bring your machine is during the second 7 day window, we remove your place holder. We have had this system in place for a bit over a year. Once you bring your sewing machine or vacuum in, usually we have it done with in 3 days, depending on whats wrong.
Petra, You have a couple of options. You can bring the machine in, we sign it in and when it goes on the bench he takes it apart and gets the needle out. The charge is for the repair, not a service. The other option is to turn the hand wheel and see if the machine is binding up. There is a possibility that the needle went all the way down to the bottom plate of the machine. Not sure if that is the best solution, but you may be able to see without bringing it in.
Rethread the machine from the beginning, be sure to lower the presser foot. If the automatic threader doesnt work you can pass it through the eye yourself.
