Gave their customer service email time to respond so they could contact me and work this out privately, but they never got back to me. Bad customer service from the manager who doesn't treat you as a person and just stopped listening and walked away as I was trying to talk to him. Don't expect them to care about the customer they are just trying to make a buck.

I ordered my daughter some size 5 Hey Dudes b/c I never find any that small in the stores. They sent me a personal email when I ordered saying that I could reply if I needed anything at all. Then the shoes came in with a note from them that if I needed anything at all or if I was unhappy about anything to let them know! I feel like this company is a blessing to deal with. I don't need anything or have any problems, but if I did I am confident that they would make sure I ended up happy! A pleasure doing business with you. Thank you for your kind service.

Great customer service...sales clerk went above and beyond to make sure my granddaughter had the perfect fit for all her dance classes. She made it an enjoyable experience!

Customer is no existent No one spoke to me when I walked in and when I got to the dance area no one was back there. I walk to the front for help and she tells me I’m suppose to ask for help at the front..how dumb does that even sound. Long story short this has happen multiple times over a span of 4 years. I’ll be shopping for dance attire elsewhere
