My wife & I came into Footlocker looking for shoes for birthday my around 12 pm on a Monday, 7-18-22. All 3 associates where on their cell phones & didn't even ask if we needed assistance. I found the shoes I wanted and got upsold on Nike socks. I spent around $142. I wanted my receipt e-mailed to me because I'm horrible with keeping up with receipts. The young lady entered my e-mail address incorrectly in their system, after I slowly spelled my name for her. Instead of re-entering my e-mail address, a mistake she made, she tells me to download the Footlocker app and enter my own e-mail. I felt that was a lack of customer service. I demanded my money back if they couldn't do something as simple as re-entering my e-mail address. Those employees refused to do it and just refunded my money. So Footlocker lost $142 because their employees refused to enter my e-mail address for a simple receipt. I just got the shoes I wanted from another store. Footlocker has definitely lost a customer!
