Good clothes but horrible service and no one answers the phone and it is impossible to check out and buy clothes on their website. Badly managed company. I have a bunch of clothes in my online shopping cart that I am not being allowed to pay for. Guess I'll go to Costco instead.

An affordable, yet great quality clothing store. By now, everyone in America probably has their famous vest or jacket, but their v-neck or crew t-shirts are super soft and comfortable, feels like pima cotton, softer than Egyptian. Clean store, though employees look a bit unhappy... not sure if this is from corporate or management, but the mood is a bit down in the store, never met a happy or bubbly employee. The uniqlo rewards program is lame, after being part of it for 5 years, i think i only got 1 or 2 meaningful rewards or coupons.

a great spot to get some basic goods that stray away from the gap and old navy styles. prices can be a bit high but the styles tend to be unique.
