They will take it as long as you take most of the wood out of it and any plastic and they do not pick up small loads like that it wouldn't be profitable for them steel is only like six or eight cents a pound post it on Facebook or Craigslist someone will come pick it up for you
From what I can tell, they'll scrap just about anything. Brake rotors, refrigerators, microwaves, and probably knives. The only concern I could see would be the wooden or plastic handles, and that may not even be a concern.
