Hello, I would like to share my experience with the dunkin located at (14055 W Hwy 74, Indian Trail, NC 28079). I ordered my coffee on the mobile app and drove to this location. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line to tell the worker I had a mobile order. She persisted to ignore me when I got up to the speaker. So i drove around to the window. She said that they were now closed speaking through the drive thru window without opening it. I thought that was very rude as she acted like I was an inconvenience to her. I waited my turn in the drive thru line and have already paid for my drink through the app but because they were closed she couldn’t make my drink. I’m very disappointed and shocked with this behavior from a dunkin employee. If this is how dunkin allows their workers to treat their customers then i will take my business elsewhere!

So I have always had good experience with this place however this morning at 7:40 I ordered 2 bacon, egg, and cheese wake up wrap which came to a total of $5.31. But can someone please explain what in the heck is this. Like there is no real bacon and I might as well just have gotten their egg and cheese wrap which would have saved me $2. I didn’t have time to go back because I was already back on I-74 and with traffic would have ran late for work. This just tells me to not go to them again.

This location has been always spotty but I still use it sometimes before going into Walmart. Until today. I’m done. I made a mobile order, then drive up to the speaker to this note saying they’re closing from 12-4 due to being short staffed. I have sympathy for places that are short staffed but TURN OFF ORDERING IN THE APP IF YOU’RE GOING TO NONCHALANTLY CLOSE YOUR STORE. This was kind of my last straw with this location. I’ll be going to Starbucks or the Sun Valley location only.
